The IACT self-help program is SIMPLE AND EASY and teaches you important stress management skills to reduce the intensity of negative emotional responses. Learn to reevaluate events with "Clear Thinking". Understanding the relearning process will provide you with a life time of problem solving skills. Many "learned" emotional reactions will begin to see immediate improvement.
