What is clear thinking and how do you evaluate clear thinking?

One of the most important Steps in the IACT Program is learning to assess and evaluate Clear Thinking. Part of this evaluation is a simple 5 step process that is learned in minutes. In this Step of the IACT Program you will learn how to measure and evaluate you thoughts to determine if they meet selected criteria for Rational Clear Thinking. If your thoughts are not Clear and Rational, you will learn corrective measures.
