Emotions the ABCs


What are emotions and where do emotions come from? How and why do we react and behave the way we do?

A widely recognized theory introduced in this IACT Self-Help Program step involves the theory of the emotional ABCs. You will learn that Event "A" starts the process of emotions, then in Step "B" there is a process of "Self Talk" and evaluation and finally there is step "C" the reaction or emotion that result from the event. In this Step of the IACT Program you learn which elements you can control and how to start learning or relearning to control these elements.
